POSTER DESIGN
The Waiter is a Greek film that received nominations and awards in several International festivals. It could be categorised under the Weird Greek Wave umbrella along with other relatively famous films like Dogtooth and The Lobster. I was asked to create a poster based on the main character of the movie who leads a very quiet life. He is rather detached from society and his life is revolving around his obsession with plants. However, certain events reveal an unexpected, violent side of him.
The poster was not published as marketing team decided to use a still from the movie instead. Type by Panos Papanagiotou.
